After qualifying, Dr Panchal trained across the North West, and East and West Midlands and completed her postgraduate training in Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine.

She holds a Master’s degree in Medical Leadership and held several local, regional and national leadership roles, including RCP Deputy Registrar. She is also a functional medicine doctor and transformational coach.

I enjoy spending precious time with family and friends, realising the huge importance of a healthy work-life balance on both mental and physical wellbeing. I keep fit by regularly taking part in a variety of sports. Our weekly 5-a side football matches with friends made at university have certainly stood the test of time! I have completed several long-distance cycle rides, raising money for various charities. I am also an avid supporter of Coventry City Football Club, though this has been tested in recent years! 

He is currently the lead for sports knee injuries at Warwick Hospital.

He trained in London and has completed four highly competitive knee fellowships. He was the first UK winner of the ‘ International Sports Medicine Fellow Award’ and he takes both novel and well established techniques from the UK and USA into his practice.

Having treated elite athletes, military patients and patients with common knee issues Mr Krishnan is focused on providing the best care possible whilst catering to the individual need of patients. Joint preservation is key to practice in terms of repairing , preserving functional parts of your knee. He is able to offer osteotomy, patella stabilisation , ACL reconstruction and wide variety of meniscal and cartilage surgery.

He is an expert in partial knee replacement surgery with enhanced recovery, including medial (inner half), lateral (outer half), and patellofemoral (kneecap) replacement.

Mr Krishnan is keen to work with you to reach your goals . He understands that they vary from returning to competitive sport to just being able to walk comfortably without pain.

He trained at The Royal Free Hospital in London for a further 6 months in pain management, and worked there as a consultant in pain management prior to moving to Midlands.

Dr Tilak moved to Warwick hospital to develop multidisciplinary pain management service and is now the lead of pain management service at the South Warwickshire Foundation Trust. He is proficient in various aspects of complex pain management including interventions. He routinely does all type of pain injections under x-ray and Ultrasound guidance.

He performs both primary and complex primary hip and knee replacements. In addition to primary joint arthroplasty, he has comprehensive expertise in revision hip and knee arthroplasty.

Mr Kozdryk also has a special interest in tackling complex and challenging cases involving periprosthetic joint infection, massive bone loss, and periprosthetic fractures.

 He works as NHS Consultant at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire, which is both a busy Major Trauma Centre and Major Hip and Knee Revision Centre.

Educated at one of Poland’s top-tier Medical Universities in Gdansk, Mr Kozdryk has always been at the forefront of orthopaedic innovation. He is adept in the use of the latest surgical techniques, including the OPS technology and robotic-assisted surgeries, ensuring precision and optimum outcomes in hip procedures.

 Away from his clinical commitments, Mr Kozdryk has a passion for continuous learning of the latest advancements in orthopaedic surgery. In his personal time, he enjoys a fulfilling family life in Solihull. A jazz enthusiast, Mr Kozdryk often unwinds by playing the piano, reflecting his well-rounded personality and approachable nature.
